Our Talent Management service is an additional, confidential service that we can provide to client companies.
We can offer the additional Talent Management service in circumstances where we have been retained on an individual headhunting assignment and have been able to successfully target and approach a client's "perfect" candidate but where that particular individual is not yet ready for a move. In such circumstances our client may ask us to effectively "track" the individual in whom they now have a strong interest and ask that we keep in direct contact with that individual on their behalf at three monthly intervals to shore up the relationship and to keep interest between the parties constant.
Other clients of ours who practice in a very specialised field or in a field where "star" candidates are at a premium similarly find the Talent Management service to be invaluable to them. In these circumstances, our clients retain us to carry out an informal, ongoing headhunt throughout the course of a year or longer to identify high calibre candidates that can present in the future for positions the client has historically found difficult to fill successfully.
