Where a particular legal field or client demands it, we can also offer an additional, confidential Talent Management service through which we effectively "track" targeted individuals who are of particular interest to a client company, over a lengthy period (remaining in contact either directly or indirectly) enabling our client to time any future moves or approaches more confidently. In other circumstances - for example where candidates are at a premium in a particular field - we can agree to carry out the headhunt process on an ongoing basis.
